(1) There will be a direction and coordination committee as follows for the purpose of monitoring the work related to staff adjustment, inter-agency coordination and giving instructions as needed:-

(a ) Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration - Coordinator (b) Chief Secretary, Government of Nepal - Member (c) Secretary, Service Conducting Body - Member (d) Administration expert appointed by the Ministry - Member (e) - Secretary of the Ministry - Member-Secretary 3) The basis and criteria for adjusting the following employees to the corresponding service group will be determined.

(3) The meeting of the guidance and coordination committee as per sub-section (1) and the related procedure shall be as determined by the said committee itself.
